If you’re over 50, the Ageing Well team can help you find information and services to help you stay well. There’s also lots of ideas and links on their website, including a directory of services and a weekly activity pack to download.

The Hop 50+

The Hop 50+ are running online groups and classes, and have a Facebook page with quizzes, puzzles and a place to chat. They are also creating weekly Activity Packs with lots of different ideas and things to keep you busy, which you can download this from the Ageing Well website.
