If you need food right away, your local mutual aid group might help. Mutual aid groups are neighbours who help each other out on WhatsApp or Facebook. Join the Brighton and Hove mutual aid Facebook group, or the one for your area and ask for help.

Pop To The Shop is a website where you can ask for help getting shopping for yourself or someone else. You add your shopping list, pay online, and a volunteer will collect and deliver it for you. It costs £1, to cover the cost of running the site and handling payment.
