Pop To The Shop is a website where you can ask for help getting shopping for yourself or someone else. You add your shopping list, pay online, and a volunteer will collect and deliver it for you. It costs £1, to cover the cost of running the site and handling payment.

Official NHS testing
You can book a coronavirus test on the GOV.UK website. You can also call the NHS 111 helpline to ask for a test. You can ask for a home test kit or a testing appointment.
Do not go to the testing centre unless you have a booking.

If you have coronavirus symptoms, you can ask for a test through the NHS website. You need to have the test in the first five days of having symptoms. It’s best to ask for the test in the first three days, as it may take some time to arrange.
